Founded in 2017 by Emilia Genuardi, a ppr oc he is an independent salon designed as an exhibition with a curatorial gaze, dedicated to artists who experiment with the image.
a ppr oc he presents each year, in November, at the same time as Paris Photo, 15 solo shows by artists represented by their galleries. A new type of art fair showcasing artists and inviting dialogue.
To build this salon dedicated to an experimental approach to photography, we look every year for new talents who use photography on non-traditional media and question photosensitivity.
We are once again widening our search net through a call for applications intended for artists and their gallery.

Audrey Illouz is a curator and art critic.
Her research deals with photography, and more specifically with the medium as the starting point of process-based approaches. She also carried out a research on Vito Acconci in the context of her work on Conceptual Art (2010-2015). She ran the art center Micro Onde (2018-2020) and was associate curator at La Comédie de Caen (2015-2017). Audrey curated the exhibitions Photography to the test of Abstraction (Micro-Onde, Frac Normandie Rouen, CPIF, 2020-2021), Located Images (Micro-Onde, 2019), Apparatus: Aurélie Pétrel, Marina Gadonneix (Comédie de Caen, 2015), The Appearance of Images (Fondation d’entreprise Ricard, 2013), Silêncio ! (Galeria Vermelho, São Paulo, 2008).
She has been a contributor for the magazines Art Press, Flash Art International, and 02, and teaches in art schools.
